A cozy breakfast surprise

I was kinda surprised by the diverse breakfast options! From sweet to savory, it catered to every taste. The cheerful staff made mornings enjoyable.

Our room had a lingering smell of smoke upon arrival, which wasn't ideal. Opening the windows did help, but it was an uncomfortable first impression.

Great for business at Dell or IBM.

Few amenities or services. Not a great location for tourism or relaxation

the room was big with tea & coffee, office table, as for instance, at least for me. a refrigerator and a microwave oven were a nice touch. the location was good for walking around esplanade d'europe.

I loved the immense space in my Superior Suite, which was like a cozy studio apartment! The kitchenette was a game changer, equipped with a microwave and fridge for ultimate convenience. Plus, the access to over 30 free movies gave me the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring.

Very helpful staff, lots of facilities available - we loved the free on demand English films. There may not be utensils in the room but cups are easily available and other things can be sourced easily enough. Its not a full kitchenette, with only a micro wave but it was fine for us several nights. The staff helped phone around for me to find someone and sorted out the PC for me. Nice room and superb location, easy to get into town and down to the sea. I was nervous after reading some reviews but was very happy with everything I found. Tea and coffee each morning provided in the room. Parking is safe (it costs but it is in a city!). Overall, recommended.

The chameber maid came into our room even with a 'do not disturb' sign on the door. Not the only place this happened.

Visited Montpellier sites, local restaurants in Antigone, local beaches and nearby towns in Herault

Probably should do a better deal on day/night parking - as public transport is good feeding meters becomes expensive.

Positive, My Superior Suite reminded me of a cozy studio apartment! It had a microwave, fridge, and coffee machine-super handy. I was actually surprised by the spaciousness and the décor. Plus, it's just a short stroll to all the attractions. Staff were happy to help with recommendations and questions 😊

Sleeping room is separate from living room and kitchen. Friendly staff, clean room, sufficient private parking facilities. 5 minutes walk to tram, olympic swimming pool and 15 minutes walk to city center. 10 minutes drive to large shopping mall outside the city.

The photo at Booked.net of the swimming pool seems misleading as in relaity it is small. Other guests also noticed the tiny swimming pool. We used the olympic swimming pool instead at 5 minutes walk. Possibility to cook, but no equipment available in the room.

That being said, Wi-Fi connectivity is a real pain. It's slow and unreliable. There are also complaints about the outdated furniture and decor, which could sure use a facelift. The pool is smaller than you'd expect, which may not cut it for those looking to really unwind. Plus, parking costs can throw you off, especially when you think it's supposed to be free. Lastly, issues with delayed housekeeping could leave your room feeling less than fresh during your stay.

Everything. We wanted a hotel with a pool/outdoor space for relaxing. So it was a choice (in the city) between Novotel, Holiday Inn, Pullman and Crowne Plaza.Your hotel was by far the best value for money - and exceeded our expectations. The reception staff (and everyone else) couldn't have been more helpful. The design and layout of the hotel was excellent. Thank you!

Clean and airy room though a bit confusing with a whole kitchen area in it. Fridge was great idea but rest unnecessary for a hotel room

The staff were friendly enough but not enough knowledge when asked about local tram and local station and for a cultural city I think they should have known more/something. The breakfast food offered was good and tasty however someone needs to rethink the display of food and drink which is in a disorganised fashion and in the wrong place/too close to some tables, only one coffee machine causing big queues at breakfast and people constantly walking into one another. The 1st day there were no cups or plates available at first and the 2nd day no napkins but were eventually replenished.
